Loss of a Loved One

We acted for Mrs K of Leamington Spa, the widow and administrator of Mr K who tragically died from the injuries he sustained following an accident at work where he fell from scaffolding which had not been erected to the proper health and safety standards. We successfully negotiated on Mrs K’s behalf and secured an award of £245,000. This amount includes compensation for the loss of her husband’s earnings, pension and the cost of her husband’s funeral. Whilst this financial award cannot deal with every aspect of Mrs K’s loss it will help to make her future financially easier.
